Lavinia Marie Noldon was born on June 18, 1960, and passed away on Feb. 2, 2020. The Wasco High School FFA Booster Club held a whimsical fundraiser where adults could paint to their hearts’ content. The fundraiser, “For the Love of AG,” raised money for FFA student scholarships. Jan. 27 Brandon Christopher King, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2000 block of Highway 46 for second-degree robbery and wearing a mask for unlawful purposes. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
