Dec. 9

Johnett L. Means, 43, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Stephen Court for battery. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Keyondra Young, 24, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Stephen Court for assault with a deadly weapon. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 10

Melissa Gracia, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 12th Street on two active misdemeanor warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Noel Rosas, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Victoria Salinas, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 11

Terri Lynn Navarrette, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of 7th Street on an active misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Anthony Flores, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of H Street on an active felony warrant, trespassing and being a felon in possession of a stun gun. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 12

Roel Martinez, 25, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Poso Drive for driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 13

Armando Garcia Osorio, 26, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and 5th Street for driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 14

Gabriela Alvarenga, 19, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Oak Avenue for kidnapping. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Brice Patterson, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of Gaston Street on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 15

Lorena Chavez, 49, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of Sunset Street for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, on a misdemeanor warrant and for occupying a red-tagged residence. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.
