Oct. 23

Jesse Vincent Garcia, 56, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Birch Avenue for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct. 24

Randy Ferreira, 49, of Delano, was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 43 for felony forgery of vehicle registration, misdemeanor tampering with a vehicle, driving with a suspended license, possession of burglary tools and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Daniel Mungarro, 31, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of Poso Drive for felony infliction of corporal injury on spouse, threatening crime with intent to terrorize and misdemeanor damaging a wireless device. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Javier Pizano, 57, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of 1st Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct. 25

Jose Mauricio Villegas, 26, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Grover Avenue and Palm for misdemeanor violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 27

Davian Rosas, 19, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of Adams Street for misdemeanor disorderly conduct: drunk in public. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 28

Diego Matias, 40, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of 8th Street and D Street for misdemeanor disorderly conduct: drunk in public. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Vincenzo Rafael Osuna, 33, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Filburn Avenue and Poplar Avenue for felony vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, misdemeanor selling drug paraphernalia, and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Sims, 50, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Palm Avenue and Highway 46 on felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Efrain Rios, 32, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Adams Street and 10th Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.SHAFTER

Jared Dale Hanson, 40, of Shafter, was arrested in 1100 Block of Rose Avenue for disorderly conduct: intoxication of drug and alcohol.

Adrian Olivo, 19, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Maple Avenue for theft by forgery and grand theft: money.

Oct. 29

Brianna Encinas, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of East Euclid Avenue for obstruction, unlawful possession of tear gas, battery, assault with a deadly weapon not a firearm and disorderly conduct.

Stephanie Krystine Lopez, 35, of Shafter, was arrested on Central Valley Highway for disorderly conduct: alcohol, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
