Pet of the Week - March 19, 2020

Come into the Wasco Animal Shelter and say hi to Philly. He came in as a stray with Peanut. Philly is about 2 years old and is a small young male chihuahua mix. He is great with people and other dogs. He's been tested with large and small breeds, and is available for adoption. If you are interested in him, please come by the shelter give him a visit!
