Feb. 5

Jonathan Pelayo, 22, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of D Street and Filburn Avenue for driving under the influence, and hit and run resulting in property damage. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 6

Joe Julius Bolanos, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2600 block of Camellia Street for possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Shawn Hasty, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1400 block of Highway 46 on two active misdemeanor warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Cassandra Maldonado, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2600 block of Camellia Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Manuel Navarro, 35, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Griffith Avenue on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Eric Quevado, 19, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and Highway 46 for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Earl Glenn Rieck, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2300 block of Jasmine Street on an active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

David Cardena Ruiz, 63, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 5th Street for possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

William David Ruiz, 57, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 5th Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, violation of parole and possession of prohibited ammunition. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Marcus Sean Stewart, 63, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and Oak Street on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Bryona Nicole Tidwell, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 46 on two active misdemeanor warrants and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. She was cited and released at the scene.

Lamont Willis Thomas, 47, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2600 block of Camellia Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Brianda Eunie Uriarte, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2600 block of Camellia Street on an active misdemeanor warrant and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Samuel Warren, 30, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Gromer Road and Maple Avenue on three active misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alejandrino Hernandez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Broadway for possession of a controlled substance and two active misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 9

Christopher Aaron Regalado, 27, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and 9th Street for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Sims, 46, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2100 block of Highway 46 for trespassing, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance while in a jail facility. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Manuel Isiah Gutierrez, 26, of Tulare, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and 5th Street for driving on a suspended license, no front vehicle license plate and driving without insurance. He was cited and released at the scene.
