Pet of the Week: Meet Violette and let her steal your heart

Meet Violette, a sweet and playful 9-month-old German shepherd who came into the Wasco Animal Shelter as a stray. She is a joy to be around and gets along wonderfully with our staff and other dogs. While we don't know if she's house/crate trained, her loving personality shines through every day.

Violette's interactions with children are unknown as we haven't tested her behavior around them. However, she's sure to bring happiness to any home ready to give her a chance! She will be available for adoption on Thursday, Aug. 8, and fees will be waived. Don't miss out on bringing this adorable pup into your life!

Everyone is welcome to adopt from our facility, and we like to give everyone the same opportunity to adopt. Adopters can be from out of town and/or local. We do not place holds for adoptions. Adopters are responsible for transportation.

Adoptions are on a first-come, first-serve basis, beginning at 8 a.m. on the date they are available. You are welcome to call us the day before their availability to ensure the pet is still for adoption.
