Express Collision dedicated to superior service

Express Collision Centers is a thriving business with a focus on quality work. Owner and operator Johnny Saffouri shows he has a passion for auto body repair and a commitment to customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to deliver top-notch service.

Originally from Washington D.C.,Saffouri has been a Californian for over 30 years. His journey into the auto body repair industry began seven years ago, inspired by a lifelong dream. He pursued his education at the Universal Technical Institute in Bakersfield, focusing on body shop and mechanical repair. The three-year program equipped him with the skills needed to enter the field.

After completing his education, Johnny opened his auto body repair shop in Wasco. His decision was inspired by the opportunity he saw in the community and a desire to provide excellent service.

Johnny's team consists of three dedicated and experienced individuals, Eissa Saffouri, Victor Salazar and Israel Rodriguez, who have been with him since the business opened and have been trained extensively. "They're honest and the best people I've ever had," he said.

The team works on all makes and models, offering painting, mechanical work, body repairs, detailing, window tinting and more. He also has the latest equipment. "We have a Genesis Laser machine and the frame machine, and use state-of-the-art techniques like our body puller technique," he explained.

Saffouri also takes all insurance. "You just give us a claim number and the number of the insurance company; we will contact your insurance company and then write the estimate; we'll send them the photos and deal with the insurance company for you. We try to make the process as easy as possible for you."

Treating his clientele like family is what drives him. "I love to work with people. If you treat them well, they treat you well. You need to treat them like family. It makes me happy to give great service. Plus, I offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our work."

He said it doesn't feel like work. "It's meeting the new customers and waking up in the morning to see how damaged the cars are and then the final product, which makes you feel good."

Saffouri said it's integrity and hard work that makes his business stand out from the rest. "I like to help people. I care," he said.

He actively contributes to the Wasco community by sponsoring local sports teams, including Little League baseball. Giving back is important to him, and he appreciates the support he has received.

Looking ahead, Johnny has plans for expansion. "We are hoping this year to open up another location in Shafter so we can take care of Shafter and the surrounding areas."
