Mariana (Saenz) Carrasco, born Jan. 23, 1933, in Bakersfield, went home to be with the Lord on Dec. 29, 2022, at the age of 89.

Mariana was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Henry Madrid Carrasco, a son, two grandsons and a great grandson. Mariana was survived by her daughters, Elizabeth McKughan and Shirley Moreno; her sons, Sam Carrasco and Gary Carrasco; and five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and four great-great children.

A service will be held at the Shafter Cemetery on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023, at 10 a.m.
