Sept. 5

Roberto Andres Abugan, 21, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Palm Avenue and Filburn Avenue for misdemeanor reckless driving, and speeding. He was cited and released at the scene.

Carlos Guizar, 23, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Maple Avenue for felony cruelty to elder dependent, and his felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Mendez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Sycamore Street for

misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, contempt of court, and his felony

bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Shamik Sims, age 50, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of Palm Avenue for

misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and his misdemeanor bench

warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 6

Juan Rodriguez Gonzalez, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of F Street for

misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Alex Regalado, 28, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Palm Avenue and Poso Drive for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released.

Sept. 7

Lori Ramirez, 38, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poso Drive and Poplar

Avenue for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, and on felony bench warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 8

Shamika Washington, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 400 block of Buckeye Avenue for

misdemeanor obstruction of a peace officer. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 10

Freddie Adam Ruiz, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Maple Avenue for felony inflict corporal injury on spouse, false imprisonment, assault with a firearm on person, misdemeanor exhibit firearm and damaging a wireless device. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Octavio Jesus Ruizbueno, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Maple Avenue for misdemeanor obstruction of a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Eric Serda, age 45, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 for felony robbery,

misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia,

and exhibit deadly weapon: not a firearm. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 11

David Garcia, 19, of Lost Hills, was arrested near the intersection of Central Avenue and Highway 46 for felony participation in a street gang, possession of a controlled substance while armed, manufacturing a large capacity mag, CCW in vehicle, conspiracy to commit a crime, felon prohibited from owning ammo, prior conviction possession of a firearm, carry loaded firearm in public, and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Saul Ruiz, 18, of Lost Hills, was arrested near the intersection of Central Avenue and Highway 46 for felony participate in a street gang, possession of a controlled substance while armed, manufacturing a large capacity mag, CCW in vehicle, conspiracy to commit a crime, gang member carrying loaded firearm, and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Christofher Uriel Visoso, 18, of Lost Hills, was arrested near the intersection of Central

Avenue and Highway 46 for felony participate in a street gang, possession of controlled substance while armed, manufacture large capacity mag, CCW in vehicle, conspiracy to commit a crime, gang member carrying loaded firearm, misdemeanor driving without a license and possession of controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 2

Israel Gomez Jr., 35, of Shafter, was arrested on Pine Street and Blake Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Biana Chamale, 37, of Shafter, was arrested on South Shafter Avenue and Riverside Street on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

April Roselinda Sandoval, 38, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Jesus Estevan Navarrete, 34, of Shafter, was arrested on the North Wall Street and West Lerdo Highway for grand theft: money/shoplifting, obstruction resisting a public peace office, possession of controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Miroslava Sanez, 49, of Shafter, was arrested on North Shafter Avenue and California Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Everardo Gomez, 36, of Shafter, was arrested on NorthWall Street and California Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Sept. 3

Edward William Robertson, 39, of Shafter, was arrested on Highway 43 and Burbank Street on a for bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Ivan Cota, 36, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30100 block of West Tulare Avenue for driving without a license and proof of financial responsibility and for driving an unregistered vehicle.

Ascencion Lopez Jr., 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Poso Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Camilo Bacerra Lopez Jr., 41, of Shafter, was arrested for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Eric Hopkins, 52, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of South Shafter Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Arturo Rendon, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block S. Shafter Ave. for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Sept. 4

William Cody Williams, 33, of Shafter was arrested on the 500 block of State Ave. for bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Israel Lopez Jr., 36, of Shafter was arrested on the 200 block of West Tulare Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and on an outside agency warrant.

Sept. 5

Rodolfo Gerardo Mendoza, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Orange and South Shafter Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge and a misdemeanor charge.

Jorge Luis Garcia Santos, 30, was arrested on Wollomes for driving without a license and speeding over 100 mph.

Sept. 6

Michael Figueroa, 33, of Shafter, was arrested on Burbank and Beech on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge.

Joseph Anthony Saenz, 31, of Shafter, was arrested on Walker and California Avenue on an outside warrant and a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Sept. 7

Miguel Angel Ortega Franco, 39, of Shafter, was on arrested in 300 block of South Shafter Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Francisco Cervantes Garcia, 35, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Ruben Garcia, 57, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block West Ash Avenue for battery: spouse and damaging and destroying communication device.

Daniel Morales Jr., 28, of Shafter, was arrested on South Reiker and West Los Angeles for driving without a license.

Sept. 8

Marcelino Dennis Cruz, 36, was arrested in the 700 Rodeo Drive for driving while suspended for prior DUI, failure to drive on the right side of road and on an outside agency warrant.

Stephen Mohammed Nagi, 42, was arrested on the East Orange Avenue and Nickel Street on a bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge.

Adrianna Lucia Diaz, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of Munzer Avenue ona a warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Sept. 9

Merced Renteria, 18, was arrested at Winters Drive and Jeffries Street for carrying a concealed weapon in vehicle, loaded and unregistered.

BUTTONWILLOW

As reported by the Kern County Sheriff’s Department, Buttonwillow substation:

Sept. 5

Roque Albert Torres, 40, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at on Highway 58 east of Wasco Way in Buttonwillow for driving on a suspended license and on two misdemeanor warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Sept. 8

Martin Zamora, 26, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30300 block of Orange Street in Shafter for assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
