Gilbert Avila, 64, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Griffith Avenue for misdemeanor violation of a court order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Benjamin Vera Raya, 33¸of Wasco, was arrested in the 1500 block of 1st Street for misdemeanor under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jimee Simpson, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on her misdemeanor bench warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 18

Christopher Aaron Regalado, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Narcizo Martinez, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Via Athens Boulevard on two misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 19

Alida Alicia Tahuahua, 21, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Highway 46 and Poplar Avenue for misdemeanor unlicensed driver, failure to yield and no proof of insurance. She was cited and released at the scene.

Ryan Sims, 49, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Highway 46 in Wasco on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 20

Milton Ramirez, 37, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of H Street and 9th Street for trespassing on railroad property and on his misdemeanor bench warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Anthony Flores, 29, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of H Street and 9th Street for trespassing on railroad property. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jaime Lucas Cortez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of H Street and 9th Street for trespassing on railroad property. He was cited and released at the scene.

Isaac Ramirez Torres, 27 of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Highway 46 and Birch Avenue for DUI alcohol/drugs, DUI alcohol/0.08 percent, hit and run, driving on a suspended license and unsafe turn and/or no signal. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jane Jay, 23, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Highway 46 and J Street for misdemeanor obstruct officer resist arrests and disorderly conduct under the influence of drugs. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ernesto Marquez, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 500 block of Highway 46 on his felony bench warrant, misdemeanor bench warrant and misdemeanor obstruct officer resist arrest and trespassing. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alejandro Mendoza, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 500 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor obstruct officer resist arrest and trespassing. He was cited and released at the scene.

Noel Mesa Rosas, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 500 block of Highway 46 on his active misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Naomi Chantel Vasquez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 500 block of Highway 46 on her felony bench warrant, misdemeanor bench warrant and misdemeanor obstruct officer resist arrest and trespassing. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Daniel Joseph Duval, 51, of Wasco, was arrested in the 400 block of Central Avenue on a felony bench warrant, and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Martin Barraza, 41, of Shafter, was arrested on Hillman St. and Olson Ave. for controlled substance paraphernalia.

Jan. 20

Allen Ray Forker, 27, of Shafter, was arrested E. Marengo Ave. for theft and extortion of vehicle.

Miguel Angel Zamora Medina, 37, of Shafter, was arrested on the S. Shafter Ave. for carrying a concealed dirk/dagger.

Jan. 22

Luis Angel Garza Jasso, 37, of Shafer, was arrested on Mannel Ave. and Walker Ave for disorderly conduct: under the influence of drug.

Shawn Aika Berbano, 28, was arrested on Zerker Ave. for DUI, stop required, basic speed law and no proof of financial responsibility.

Marky Lee Schoonover, 40, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 100 block of East 1st Street in Buttonwillow on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
