Wasco man dies in shooting

A 27-year-old Wasco man has died after being shot, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office said.
Artemio Saucedo was found by deputies near Western and Poso Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies have ruled the death a homicide, and they are continuing to investigate.
