City Manager Daniel Ortiz-Hernandez said the city is in a good place regarding last summer's water issue.

"Well 14 is nearly complete and right now we're not in the peak months that would increase concerns," Ortiz-Hernandez said.

He continued by adding that the city was able to get through the summer peak months without any additional issues and water restrictions return to the previous stage before the water emergency.
