Come and visit Hazel

Give the Wasco Animal Shelter a call and ask to visit Hazel. Hazel came in as a stray. She is approximately a 2-year-old, female Husky. Her owners have been notified and are aware that she is at the shelter.

Hazel is a young, black/white/cream medium coat Husky. She is great with staff and other dogs and has been tested with large breeds. At the time it is unknown if Hazel is house/crate trained. Dogs are not tested with children and cats; her behavior toward children and cats is unknown.

Hazel will be available for adoption/rescue on Oct. 30. If you are interested in her, call 661-758-7240 or ask about Hazel on Petfinder.

Call the shelter to make an appointment to stop by and visit Hazel. Staff will get a hold of you during hours of operation.

The shelter is open by appointment only. This precaution is being taken to observe recommended CDC guidelines. Call on the day of availability to set up an appointment. Appointments cannot be made days before availability and appointments are made only by phone call. First call, first serve.

The shelter is accepting animal surrenders, but you must call first.

Rescue is a nonprofit organization with a tax exempt 501(c) (3). If you never pulled from the Wasco Animal Shelter, email us two references and a copy of your 501(c) (3) form.

If you have any questions, make sure to give us a call 661-758-7240.
