Public works repairs potholes in Wasco

Zachary Wakefield, the field representative for District 4 Supervisor David Couch, said Couch’s office received a request to patch potholes on Taussig Avenue between highway 43 and Palm Avenue. “Public Works patched these potholes,” Couch’s office said.

Couch’s office also received a request to check on illegal dumping on Filburn Street between Magnolia Avenue and Western Avenue. “RAPID cleaned up the illegal dumping,” Wakefield reported.

Wakefield also said the RAPID (Removing and Preventing Illegal Dumping) cleaned up 77 dump sites in District 4 during July. In total, 327 dump sites have been cleaned.

If anyone has any issues they would like to discuss with Supervisor Couch, call his office at 661-868-3680 or email him at [email protected]. If you would like to report potholes or illegal dumping or any other issues or concerns you may have, his office is always glad to refer these request to create work orders.
