Mayor Tilo Cortez announced this week that appointment-only Covid-19 testing is now available in Wasco at the Wasco Library, 1102 7th St., Tuesday-Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Those interested in getting a test should be aware of:

--An appointment is necessary by calling 888-634-1123.

--Face coverings are required.

--No drive-thru service.

--Insurance is accepted.
