Omar Amado Franco, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2000 block of Prosperity Lane in Wasco for the felony charges of torture, aggravated mayhem, false imprisonment with violence/etc., inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, willful cruelty to child and force used not a firearm with great bodily injury likely. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Favian Infante, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Oak Avenue in Wasco for felony corporal injury of spouse or cohabitant. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Ramon Martinez Perez, 65, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of Yellowstone Court in Wasco for misdemeanor battery on a spouse. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Amber Ponce, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Poplar Avenue in Wasco for misdemeanor battery on a spouse. She was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Alejandro Ruiz, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Maple Avenue in Wasco for felony theft of access card data, grand theft of money/labor/property and getting and using other’s credit card and ID. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Brianda Uriarte, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Maple Avenue in Wasco on two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. She was cited and released at the scene.

May 5

Ray Daniel Hamilton, 47, of Ceres, Calif., was arrested in the intersection of 11th Street and E Street in Wasco for disorderly conduct. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Juan Hernandez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Griffith Avenue in Wasco for felony first degree burglary. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

May 10

Raphael Boytes, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Broadway in Wasco for the misdemeanor charges of obstruction of a public officer, and on a failure-to-appear warrant. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.
