Pet of the Week - March 26, 2020

Even though the Wasco Animal Shelter is closed during the coronavirus pandemic, future adoptors should consider Philly and other pets. Philly came in as a stray with Peanut. Philly is about 2 years old and is a small young male chihuahua mix. He is great with people and other dogs. He's been tested with large and small breeds, and is available for adoption.
