Jan. 6

Jaime Ernesto Alas, 38, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 300 block of North Leonard Avenue for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alfredo Figueroa, 39, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 43 and Jackson Street for driving a vehicle without a license and an expired vehicle registration. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Adrian Perez, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2000 block of 9th Place for being an active gang member carrying a loaded firearm, being an active gang member carrying a concealed firearm, felon in possession of prohibited ammunition, possession of a controlled substance while armed, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain a vehicle license plate lamp and vehicle tail lamp violations. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 7

Esmeralda Mata, 34, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and Broadway for driving a vehicle without a license and failure to stop at a crosswalk. She was cited and released at the scene.

Antonio Soto, 55, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 6th Street and F Street for possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jan. 8

Esteban Lara, 34, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 6th Street and D Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, obstructing/delaying a peace officer and riding a bicycle during the hours of darkness without a headlamp. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 9

Vanessa Ranae Beltran, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Cypress Avenue on an active misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Kenia Jacquelin Alvarez, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Cypress Avenue on four active misdemeanor warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 10

Richard Franklin Lynch, 48, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Filburn Avenue and D Street on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 11

Brian Alejandro Mayoral, 19, of Lost Hills, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and 5th Street for driving without a license and operating a modified exhaust. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jan. 12

Arthur Frank Arellano, 40, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Krista Street and Peters Street for possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance, forging/altering vehicle registration, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and driving a vehicle without registration. He was booked into the Kern County jail.

Fernanda Mendez, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of Broadway on an active misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.
