Vincenzo Osuna, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street for an active felony warrant and trespassing. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gracy Josefine Vasquez, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street for trespassing. She was cited and released at the scene.

Federico Delatorre, 64, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Pecan Street for an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Manuel Navarro, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of 16th Street for possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Omar Pimental, 31, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Griffith Avenue on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Elizbeth Vasquez, 34, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 2nd Street and Maple Avenue for driving without a license. She was cited and released at the scene.

Raul Dejesus Alvarez Carillo, 25, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and Cisco Way for participation in a criminal street gang, being an active member of a criminal street gang member carrying a concealed weapon, possession of prohibited firearm ammunition, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, being an active member of a criminal street gang carrying a loaded firearm, altering a firearm identification mark, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to prove vehicle financial responsibility. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gerardo Antonio Hernandez, 18, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 5th Place and Broadway for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jeremy Glen Jameson, 49, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of D and 7th Street on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Luis Ramirez, 48, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Shamrock Court for driving with a suspended license and failure to signal before making a turn. He was cited and released at the scene.
