Shooting victim identified, but not suspects

A 3-year-old man was shot dead in Wasco Tuesday evening.

Miguel Ibarra Lopez, 37, was shot and killed at 9:12 p.m. in the 2300 block of Camellia St., according to officials of the Kern County Coroner’s Office

According to Sergeant Peter Martinez of the Wasco substation, the officers are still investigating the incident, and no suspects have been identified.
