July 23

Vincenzo Osuna, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Christopher Perez, 45, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and trespassing. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Samuel Warren, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of Highway 46 for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Joel Herrera Betancourt, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Highway 46 for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, a felony bench warrant, for violation of parole and obstructing/resisting an officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Manuel Magallanes, 20, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and Sequoia Drive for violating a domestic abuse restraining order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
