March 25

Sandra Castillo, 54, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 6th Street on active warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

March 26

Mario Contreras, 46, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 6th Street for an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ricardo Villegas, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of N Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, violation of parole and bringing a controlled substance into jail. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Guillermo Rosales, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of D Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jorge Flores, 26, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and Bay Meadow Drive for first-degree burglary and violating a restraining order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

March 27

Jesus Ibarra Medina, 19, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Avenue on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Eduardo Moreno, 23, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of 7th Street for violation of parole. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nancy Gutierrez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Wildwood and Highway 46 on felony warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rodolfo Vargas, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Hazelnut Avenue on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Sims, 46, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of Highway 46 on an active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Clemente Rodriguez, 48, of Wasco, was arrested in the 800 block of E Street on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County jail.

Lamont Willis Thomas, 47, of Wasco was arrested in the 2600 block of Camellia Street for resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer in the performance of his duties. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

March 31

Jose Angel Ramos, 45, of Wasco, was arrested in the 800 block of Broadway Avenue for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, battery and presenting false ID to deputies. He was booked into the Kern County jail.

Jessica Rengifo, 34, of Bell, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Broadway Avenue for driving without a license. She was cited and released at the scene.
