    Kern County Sheriff's deputies from the Wasco substation are asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect in a recent stabbing. Since the incident on Oct. 21, deputies working at the substation have been looking for Juan-Manuel Diaz. Diaz allegedly stabbed a female victim several times.
