    Offense was the name of the game Friday night as the Wasco Reserves came out strong and then held on to beat the California City Whiptails, 11-9, at the Ballpark. It was a comback from another high-scoring game on Wasco Tribune Night Thursday, where they came out on wrong end of a 9-8 score against the Monterey Amberjacks before over 350 fans.     It’s been almost a year since the Wasco Downtown Business Association began looking into becoming the Wasco Chamber of Commerce. “The DBA was established in 2016,” DBA President Tania Cordova said. “Right now, unfortunately we are on hold to make sure we investigate other chambers to ensure we provide Wasco with the best experience with a chamber.” She also said that several city staff members have been supportive about creating a chamber of commerce.     Since its opening in 2015, the Mr. and Ms. Nightclub has become a unique venue for residents to get out and dance.
