Robert is survived by his wife Debbie, son Matt and his wife Sarah, daughter Amanda and her husband Ryan, and son Brad, as well as his mother Norma and sister Debbie. The federal REAL ID Act tightens rules on which forms of identification may be used to board flights within the United States, enter federal courthouses, military bases and other federal facilities.
